box of 90s vintage Hallmark banners on a roll Happy Anniversary red on silver

Partial box of Hallmark banners on a roll - this one is Happy Anniversary, red on silver mylar type material, 4" wide.

It's late 80s or 1990s, I think. Great for an anniversary of an 80s or 90s wedding!

The first banner left on this roll is rumpled, but past that the roll is nice and tight and in good clean condition.
