set of new vintage placemats or fringed banners stamped for liquid embroidery painting

1970s vintage new old stock set of four banners or place mats, stamped with floral design to paint with Artex paints. These are a poly / cotton broadcloth with fringed trim as shown, measuring 18" x 16" with the fringe beyond that. All four pieces are in very good condition, each with it's own (somewhat worn) instruction sheet. Fun and retro, nearly 50 years old!
