vintage old-new-stock architectural door knocker, solid brass

Old mid-century vintage architectural hardware... a solid brass doorknocker in the original box. This doorknocker has a bright brass finish and measures 6 3/4" high and 3 1/2" across. The original cardboard box as reinforced metal corners and some water staining from storage. We're told that this door knocker might be Baldwin, but we're not sure as it isn't marked with a maker's name.
