Vintage New Arts Studio chalkware wall plaque dated 1958. It's a 'frame' of flowers, hollywood regency style boudoir art!
Measures 21" across, and is painted in creamy white with black and gold accents. This has a few little chips, easy to touch up with a dab of paint if you aren't into the shabby chic look.
