deco vintage glass tray handled plate w/ encrusted gold border, Minuet Glastonbury Lotus or Tiffin glass

Very art deco glass tray with encrusted gold border - this is intended to hold a bowl or large vase I think. The bottom is a slightly convex 'bubble' shape, not flat. Gold border is Tiffin or Glastonbury Lotus, Minuet pattern?

This has very little wear to the gold, just a few light scratches to the glass. It's in very good, gently used condition.
