delicate hand cut lead crystal vintage trinket dish or ashtray, tiny gold leaf & trim

Vintage hand cut lead crystal dish or small ashtray, with gold trim and tiny gold (gold colored? gold plated?) leaf. This has a wonderful sparkle and cut, but no signatures or marks that I could see.

It's about 2 3/4" overall diameter. There's a few scratches to the gold band trim, though the crystal itself looks excellent.
