drab green nylon webbing plastic buckle army belt large - extra large big & tall size

Drab green army belt with grommets, black plastic snap buckle. 1990S vintage? It's labeled a size large (for over 30" waist), actually goes up to a 52" waist which I'd think would be a XXL or even XXXL, it's pretty big! Webbing is 2 ¼" wide, strong and clean without wear or fading.
