early 1900s vintage Limoges china oval bowl, T&V France for Marshall Fields

Early 1900s vintage Tressemann &Vogt (Limoges) France china bowl, a serving dish measuring about 9 1/4" x 7" across the rim. This is marked with a shield mark and M F &Co mark in blue, a piece made for Marshall Field – Chicago.

There's a discolored makers flaw to the foot on the bowl, but no other signs of serious wear - the transferware design is clean, and the gold trim looks lovely.
