framed vintage needlepoint, old world Dutch or French street scene w/ boy girl

Vintage needlepoint in wood frame period to the piece, 1950s or 60s. This looks like Holland or Normandy to me?

It's 9" x 12" across the frame, a small piece that's easy to hang. Condition is good, nice and clean. There's an old price ($12.50) on the back.
