more photos of this product belowOld Naval Chief Petty Officer's uniform jacket or coat with a metal bullion patches and service stripes on the arm. We're not sure the exact vintage or rank of this jacket, but have been told that it is for a US Navy Chief Gunners Mate because of the number of stripes and the crossed cannon barrels on the bullion patch. It has a label from "Weintraub Brothers & Co - Phildelphia"
This coat measures 17" long on the arm (armpit to cuff), 46" around the chest (under the arms), 19" across the shoulders on the back and 30" long (from the base of the collar to the bottom of the coat). It has all of the buttons, but does have areas of fading and discoloration to the jacket and the lining from age and storage.
