hand carved walnut wood tray, plate or wall hanging plaque w/ folk art flowers

Hand carved round wooden charger, plate or wall plaque with folk art style flowers. We don't have any idea how old this is - sorry!

This we believe is probably carved walnut, most likely from Eastern Europe or Russia? It's not marked or signed at all that we could find.

It's about 12" in diameter, with a wonderful dark finish which really plays up the texture of the carving. A beautiful piece.
