antique plate w/ empire period lady, Josephine portrait on old Limoges china

Late 1800s or very early 1900s vintage china plate with portrait of a beautiful lady of the empire period (Josephine?) The reverse of the plate is marked O C Co. - Limoges Porcelain.

This has considerable wear to the colored border trim, though the center design looks fairly nice, not a lot of scratching. The plate measures 10 1/4" in diameter, and has no chips or cracks.
