large vintage silver ladle for punch bowl or soup tureen, Bailey, Banks Biddle marks

Early to mid 20th century silver plated ladle for a large tureen or a punch bowl, about 9 1/2" long end to end. It's marked for Bailey, Banks and Biddle - a quality piece. This has been used, shows a little wear and a lot of tarnishing.
