vintage tarnished silver punch ladle Bailey Banks & Biddle hallmark silver plate

Early or mid 20th century vintage silver plated punch bowl ladle with nice old Bailey, Banks and Biddle marking. This has graceful shape about 9 1/2" long end to end, 3" in diameter across the bowl.

It's very tarnished (I've left it just as found). Doesn't look as though there's much if any wear to the plate, it should polish up nicely should you care to do so.
