miniature vintage milk glass pieces, lot toothpick or match holders, pitcher

Lot of old milk glass match holders or toothpicks, and a little milk glass pitcher just 4" tall.

We're not sure of the names of any of these patterns, but they are all very pretty, and all in very nice condition.
