primitive old stoneware barrel, vintage pottery cookie jar crock

Unmarked stoneware crock jar with brown glazed shingled barrel pattern, about 7" x 7" overall.

The jar itself looks very good, no chips or cracks. The lid is very rough, with a number of good sized chips to the rim, though no cracks.
