old patchwork quilt top, diamond squares of vintage cotton print fabrics

Old hand-stitched cotton quilt top with some wonderful vintage fabrics, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s? It's not in perfect condition, there are lots of spots and browning (we haven't washed it).

It's missing a piece at one edge (along the bottom in the first photo). That could be fixed with vintage scrap fabric, or you could easily make this top a little smaller - it measures 98" x 82" as it is.
