Ten yards of vintage fabric with an open weave and a stiff hand, like a light screening fabric, or canvas for embroidery.

The fiber is smooth, firm and shining, a rope fiber like hemp or jute, we think. It has a natural grasscloth color, and measures 18" wide.

This would make beautiful tropical beach or safari style wall covering, screen panels, or for lampshades, book covers, or other crafts.
