vintage ceramic wall pocket, art noveau flowers w/ parrot

Vintage ceramic wall pocket, about 7" x 7", marked Made in Japan. This is a really beautiful one, we love the large bird (we think it's a parrot?)

This has been used, and has some worn spots to the finish, also a few tiny chips.
