primitive forged & wrought copper long handled spoon w/ hand hammered texture

Primitive hammered copper spoon, very large and heavy, about 12 3/4" long end to end. It's forged or cast and then hand hammered, we think. It's got a lovely old patina, but we didn't see any markings, and aren't sure of its origins or exact vintage.
