primitive old wooden barrel storage seat, vintage wood bucket sewing box?

We like this old wooden bucket 'seat', handy for storing things you need that aren't too primitive or pretty. We'd guess that it was probably made over from a barrel to a sewing box, though it would be a cute piece just about anywhere.

The cloth covered seat measures 15" in diameter, and about 19" tall from the floor to the top of the seat. The bucket is about 14" deep.
