primitive rough worn old wood mallet with metal pipe handle, vintage farm tool

Very rough, very worn old wooden hammer / mallet, out of an old dairy farm here in Wisconsin. It measures about 16 1/2" long head and handle end to end.

This isn't terribly heavy - I'm not sure what it was originally used for. It's dirty, with tons of patina and character. I've left it just as I found it, right out of the barn!
