old red apple, vintage pottery cookie jar, unknown maker

We haven't been able to find the maker of this vintage red apple cooky jar, it's sadly not marked with a maker's mark. It measures about 9" tall x 7 1/2" in diameter, and is in nice shape, with just a few tiny fleabite chips to the rim of the jar.
