ruby red glass jigger stopper for liquor decanter, vintage Cambridge?

Vintage ruby red ground glass bottle stopper with jigger measure, probably Cambridge glass? It's 3" long end to end and about 1" diameter at the top end of the stopper fitter. There's no damage or visible wear at all, this is in very good condition.
