vintage semi-matte white pottery pheasant figures, large sculptural birds

Beautiful pair of semi-matte glazed pottery pheasants, plain ivory white, mid-century vintage. The larger measures 12" long.

One of these have a barely visible chip to the tip of the beak, and both birds need new felt of the bottoms. The glaze has fine crazing lines which really don't detract from these at all, it's more like an 'antique' effect than anything else.
