large vintage ceramic pheasant bird, eggshell gloss creamy ivory off white glazed pottery

Unmarked mid-century vintage ceramic pheasant, maybe Haeger pottery? This looks as though it would originally have been labeled on the bottom, as so many Haeger pieces were.

The finish is semi matte, like a eggshell satin. The color is off-white, a pale ivory or cream color. The bird measures about 12 1/2" long beak tip to tail tip, and stands about 6" tall.

Condition is very good, without scratching or crazing, no discoloration. There's a glaze rub to the point of the beak and the end of the tail.
