repousse floral border, vintage silver plate flower bowl

Vintage silver plate bowl with repousse or embossed border of flowers, so pretty. This is marked, but we can't make out the hallmark at all, sorry. We think it's American made, mid-20th century, and would guess it's silver over brass. The bowl measures 11" in diameter.
