antique silver overlay hand-painted glass perfume, vintage vanity bottles

Two lovely old hand-painted silver bottles, about 4 1/8" tall, too big for perfumes, probably made to hold eau de toilette? The silver is tarnished on both of the bottles, and slightly worn on just one of the bottles.

Neither bottle has a stopper or cap, but these would be pretty vases for small bunches of flowers, or could be stoppered with corks!
