blue belles vintage sunbonnet lady crochet lace valance or dresser scarf

Southern belles with parasols design in filet crochet cotton lace... we're not sure in this is a curtain valance panel or a dresser scarf, but it's pretty!

It measures 40" long and 15 1/2" deep at the center front. This is in very nice condition, clean and bright without yellowing.
