antique Swiss edition of Ben-Hur, German text, illustrated cover

Nice old copy of Ben-Hur with gorgeous illustrated cloth cover, published in Switzerland, German language, gothic typeface. This is not dated that we could find, 1890s or very early 1900s at our best guess.

The pages have yellowing from age, but look complete, without damage. This is illustrated with plates and page illustrations, all in black and white.
