vintage wool dress uniform mess jacket to wear w/ kilt, Ulster or Scotland

Vintage dress uniform jacket from Scotland or Ulster. This is from the estate of a militaria dealer, who collected Scots uniforms and other Scottish memorabilia for himself - we have several other items from this same collection. (This collector had traced his clan to Edinburgh and Ulster and we believe that most of the pieces in his own collection were associated with that, as he was a huge geneology buff!)

Garment measurements for the jacket is 44" at the chest, 18" across the back of the shoulders, 18 1/2" sleeve length under the arm. This piece is in very nice condition.
