vintage Chein Cheinco litho print tin, 70s does 20s flapper ladies in cloche hats

Cute retro Cheinco tin, 20s meets 70s mod girls! I have no idea what this originally held, there's no trace of a label.

This measures about 3 1/2" tall, 5 1/2" in diameter. Has some scratching, but colors are bright all around without fading.
