vintage English brass wastebasket, basket weave texture wrought brass England

I love the basketweave texture of this vintage brass wastebasket. It's made in England, probably 50s or 60s.

Measures 9 3/4" x 7 1/2" at the rim, stands 10 3/4" tall. It's clean and nice inside and out, showing little if any use, very little tarnish spotting.
