vintage Italian florentine gold ceramic compote pedestal w/ faux fruit grapes

Unmarked vintage Italian pottery compote bowl with lovely florentine gold finish. This was made for decorative use only (not for food) and holds bunches of rubbery grapes of the same 60s vintage as the dish.

The dish measures about 7" in diameter across the bowl, and is in very nice condition. The grapes look good too, just a little dusty.
