vintage McCoy pottery blue windmill Delft style kettle, cookie jar or planter?

Vintage McCoy pottery kettle with a metal handle, about 8" across the rim x 5 1/4" deep. This is blue and white delft (Dutch windmill) design, I very seldom see McCoy in this pattern, hard to find!

This is in good shape, just a few marks to the matte finish - no chips or cracks. I don't know if this was made as a bean pot or a cookie jar crock, but it would make a great container for holding a flower pot or faux flowers / greenery.
