vintage Nippon hand painted china plate, brown owls & platinum bamboo, mark in Japanese characters

Vintage Nippon hand painted porcelain plate with silvery platinum bamboo and a pair of little brown owls.

I love this design so much - but I'm not terribly familiar with Japan makers marks in characters, so I can't tell you much about it except that it's 20th century, not antique.

The plate measures 6" in diameter (a tea set plate). It's in very good condition, no chips, no wear to the painted design.
