Vintage Scottie with a little wagon cart to hold a favorite plant or a bit of greenery - so sweet! We love his winsome face and unusual painted luster colors.

He's not marked, but is mid-century USA pottery. Measures about 6 1/2" long end to end. This has been used, and has a little soil and discolored hairline or makers flaw as shown, barely noticeable to the eye though it looks huge in the close up detail!
