vintage Syroco OrnaWood style tray w/ roses, Multi Products pressed wood composition

Here's a 1940s vintage pressed wood composition tray - it's made like a old Syroco wood or Orna wood piece, and is not marked - possibly a Multi Products piece?

It's about 11 1/2" x 8" overall, with a little finish wear and scuffing giving it a distressed antique look. Shabby, rustic roses - very nice!
