vintage Woman's Exchange Cook Book, original early 1900s antique cookbook

Very old, very worn copy of Woman's Exchange Cook Book - this is one of the original books from 1902 or 1903, not a reprint. It's missing pages, so there's no page with the year of publication.

This is in terribly poor condition (missing pages, cover completely loose, pages browned and brittle). But the contents are fascinating, it's amazing to see the recipes and skills that were needed for an average home 125 years ago. And the font and old paper is so lovely, some of these pages would be lovely framed as kitchen artwork, I think.
