Good old saddle soap tin marked Fiebing Chemical - Milwaukee Wisconsin. I love the black on white graphics, the lettering, the horse and rider illustration. This makes a great display piece!

It's about 3 3/4" overall diameter, nice and clean (empty) though it does have a little scratching and wear.
