vintage brown transferware ironstone china small plates, Stratford Stage English village scene J&G Meakin

Set of six vintage J&G Meakin Stratford Stage pattern brown transferware ironstone china dinner plates, clean and bright, in very nice condition without damage or wear.

These are 10" in diameter. Not the larger, newer 10 1/2"! Please check your plates if you're trying to match an existing set.

Replacements dot com calls the older, smaller dinner plates in this pattern 9 3/4" in diameter, but really - I believe these measure 10", and I've measured a lot of plates over the years! I suppose it's possible that there's a 9 3/4" and a 10" plate produced by Meakin, but I think that's probably unlikely in an informal pattern like this?
