vintage ceramic pottery flower frog and bowl, peacock or phoenix bird figural frog

This is a lovely vintage art pottery centerpiece set, a bowl and figural flower frog in the same glaze. The looks as though it's marked HK? We haven't be able to track down a maker for this one.

The bowl measures 10" x 8 3/4" overall, and the separate frog measures 5". It's a peacock or possibly a phoenix, we aren't sure which! Both pieces are in very good condition without chips or cracks.
