vintage clown planter or head vase, Inarco Japan hand painted ceramic, china spaghetti

Vintage baby planter, a little different from the sugary sweet pink and blue. This is a brightly colored clown - I won't say cute since so many people think all clowns are creepy. But it does seem to me that this looks fun for retro decor!

It's Inarco - Japan, hand painted. Measures about 7 1/4" tall overall, has 'spaghetti' hair and pompom on hat. Condition is very good, no noticeable chips, nice and clean.
