vintage crystal ship's decanter bottle w/ stopper, I think not Waterford crystal!

Lovely vintage crystal ship's decanter - I don't think it's Waterford though was told this was a Waterford pattern? It just doesn't look like Waterford crystal to me. I do love the decanters with the wide base on the bottle, though. It's so practical and really pretty.

I have no idea who made this one, I don't really know patterns or makers once I'm outside the field of stemware and drinking glasses. Also, I'm not sure of the age. It's from an estate lot, over 20 years old.

The bottle measures 7 1/2" across the bottom, and stands about 11 1/4" tall to the top of the stopper in place. Condition is very good, barely used, no damage or wear.
