vintage glass jar floss / string holder, antique vanity case bottle for fine thread

Antique glass bottle thread holder with tin lid to feed a fine thread through. The entire thing measures about 3" tall.

We found this just as it is with the waxed floss inside, but it would be perfect for holding any sort of fine cord or thread. A handy thing to have for your vanity table or a sewing box!
