vintage hand stitched cotton quilt, big lone star blocks red, blue, mustard yellow

Mid-century vintage hand stitched cotton quilt, probably 1950s or 60s we think, judging from the fabrics. Large diamond lone star pattern quilt blocks in mustard gold, red, white and blue with bright aqua colored backing!

It measures about 76" x 76" overall and looks very good. It's been used, but there's no particular wear or holes, although there's a few faded fabrics used in the making of the quilt top.

It has a few spots, and it's a little discolored in areas. We haven't washed or soaked this - it's just as found out of a large collection of quilts from an Illinois farm estate.
