Rough and rustic vintage metal desk lamp with metal shade, and worn original paint finish over all. This does work, and we like the unusual fan shaped shade!
It's about 6" wide across the end of the shade, and the lamp is about 18" tall with the neck straightened up and the shade in a usable position.
