vintage oil on board painting, parrot picture in antique gold wood frame

40s - 50s vintage original painting on board in a older gold wood frame... this is primitive and very sweet! It measures about 14 1/2" x 11 1/2" overall.

There's some spotting to the picture (it's framed without glass, like a real artwork) and quite a bit of wear to the frame. The backing is water spotted, though there's no water damage showing on the front of the picture.
