Cute vintage novelty print cotton fabric, maybe from England? This has a quirky style like Cath Kidston children's prints. It's Bobbies chasing burglars, Stop Thief!

This measures 36" wide x 1 1/2 yards. We saw a few light spots, no major condition problems. It's been pre-shrunk, though never used, I think.
