vintage red plaid tartan ware tin sewing box or lunch bucket pail w/ lid

1940s or 50s vintage red tartan plain metal tin, a cute little oval sewing box or lunch bucket.

The knob probably isn't original, but aside from that this looks very good inside and out - colors are bright and unfaded, and there's very little spotting or rust.

It measures about 4 1/2" x 7" x 7" tall, 11 1/2" tall to the top of the handle when the handle is upright.
